How do I change an order?

To change or cancel an order please contact us at sales@expertlaois.ie or on 057 8660601.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Approximately 3 to 5 working days. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order in the timeframe promised, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay.

How to buy online?

You can search for a product by using the search tool on the right hand side or by browsing by category from the main navigation bar.

How do I add a product to my shopping basket?

To add your desired product to your shopping basket click ‘Add to Cart’.

How can I see what is in my basket?

This can be viewed at any time by clicking ‘basket’ icon. This is located at the top of the page.

How do I pay for my order?

Expert Ireland accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Stripe. All prices are displayed and charged in Euro.

How can I remove an item from my ‘shopping basket’?

If you do not want to purchase an item which is in your ‘shopping basket’ simply click ‘view basket’ then click the ‘x’ icon. This will delete the product from your shopping basket.

My product was damaged when I got it delivered, what do I do?

In the unlikely event you should receive damaged goods, please contact us at sales@expertlaois.ie or on 057 8660601. Damaged goods should be reported upon receipt of the product.  Please provide your order number and supply us with a brief description of the damage.

 What is the delivery fee?

 Large Items – €24.99

 Small Items – €4.99

 

Will you collect my old appliance?

Yes, we will take back your old appliances. Please ensure your old appliance is ready for collection by disconnecting it from all power or plumbing supply. Integrated appliances must be removed from units. Appliances can be returned upon delivery of the new product or returned to any Expert store.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have the right to return a product. Please find full details on our returns policy here.

Is all the information I give confidential?

Yes. All information given to Expert Laois will be used only by Expert Laois. We will not sell your information to anyone else and all information is encrypted on our secure server to prevent any unauthorised persons gaining access.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
