Vacuum sealer AD4503 has five functions:
- suck air from bags: allows hermetic packaging, by removing air from the plastic bag,
- suck air from vacuum containers,
- seal upper edge of ready vacuum bag and close it hermetically,
- cut the edges of foil sleeves designed for independent determination of the desired size of the bag,
- welt the edges of foil sleeves on both sides to close it hermetically.

DESCRIPTION
Vacuum packing machine and foil welder in one.
Allows you to hermetically seal your products, which is particularly useful in storing food. That will remain fresh for much longer (up to 5 times).
The appliance housing is made of white material.
The edges of the air suction chute are surrounded by soft rubber seal.
Sealing surface is heater in Teflon cover.
The cover is connected with lower part of the appliance with hinges.
The control panel with touch buttons is made of black plastic material. It is surrounded with the frame made of chrome plastic material.
The container for foil put in the back of the vacuum sealer. Into that put the roll of foil. The guillotine for cutting out the foil is inside the welder.
Vacuum sealer Adler AD 4503 is functional as following:
- vacuum packing by removing air
- welding the edges of the foil sleeve
- hermetically sealing of packed food

Using is easy
Using the foil sleeve
- Put the foil roll into container in the back of the welder
- Slide in unroll foil into the gap below opened cover of the vacuum sealer
- Shift the guide up
- Put the foil into gap of the guide
- drag the slider with the cutting blade along the guide
- weld one end of the foil sleeve
- put the food into cut off and welded at one side sleeve
- weld other end of the foil sleeve with turn on air suction
Using the foil bags
- put the food into foil bag
- weld end of the foil bag with turn on or turned off air suction
Before close sealing the foil for vacuum packing it is possible to choose:
– welding with turned on air suction
– welding without suction out the air.
Using the containers for vacuum packing
- with attached silicone hose connect the tip for air suction in the sealer machine with the vacuum container
- put the food into vacuum container
- not closing the device cover turn on the air suction from the vacuum container
Effective packing of food enable by various types of vacuum sealer working.
