The Miele Blizzard CX1 PowerLine bagless cylinder vacuum cleaner is a powerful cleaner packed with special features, modern technology and ergonomic, easy-to-use design elements. It also has the EcoTeQ floorhead for energy efficient vacuuming with maximum cleaning performance.
Vortex technology This produces an enormous flow velocity of more than 100 km/h. Combined with the specially designed floorhead and the aerodynamic air-flow, you get truly exceptional cleaning performance. Coarse soiling and fine dust are separated – coarse soiling lands in the transparent dust container, the fine dust in a separate container with a fine dust filter.
Hygiene lifetime filter – Vacuuming can stir up a lot of dust and other particles. This cleaner is equipped with the Hygiene Lifetime filter which features very high dust retention capacity and collects 99.98% of all fine particles.
Click2open – The cleaner is extremely easy to empty. The dust container can be easily removed and at the touch of a button, the dust can be emptied straight into the waste bin. Emptying is particularly hygienic as no direct contact is made with the dust, and the container empties completely.
ComfortClean – This clever technology is an automatic self-cleaning function that works via sensors. They measure the air throughput of the GORE CleanStream fine dust filter and automatically activate the self-cleaning function as needed guaranteeing consistently high cleaning performance. ComfortClean can also be activated manually.
Accessories – This cylinder vacuum cleaner is equipped with three high-quality, standard attachments. The upholstery and crevice nozzles are stored on the cleaner itself on a Vario clip and so are always to hand, and a separate dusting brush is also supplied.
Convenience – As well as delivering a deep clean, it?s a real space-saver that stows away easily. A 10m operating radius makes it easy to clean large areas of your home, without having to change sockets when moving from room to room. It also has a telescopic tube so you can easily go from long range to short, and when you want to take a break it has a convenient park mode. Four swivel castors make it very stable and manoeuvrable.

Reliable protection against overheating
A temperature limiter protects all Miele cylinder vacuum cleaners from overheating. Should the air passage become blocked – for instance by vacuuming up bulky particles – the motor will automatically shut off for safety’s sake. After the cause has been removed and the appliance has cooled down, it is ready for use once more.
That is easy on the power supply.
The selected power level is ramped up slowly when Miele vacuum cleaners are switched on. This protects the mains from overload.
Stable mobility in every direction
The Blizzard CX1 is equipped with four castors that can swivel through 360°. This makes it very stable and at the same time versatile and easily manoeuvrable in all directions.
Without inconvenient stooping
The cable for all Miele cylinder vacuum cleaners can be rewound easily with a foot control, avoiding bothersome stooping. Compact C2, Complete C3 and Blizzard CX1 vacuum cleaners are also equipped with a touch control function, allowing the entire cable to be rewound at the touch of a button.
