How do I trade in my Laptop?
If you wish to trade in a laptop, please visit us in store and a member of our team will work with our IT partners to ensure you get a fair price for your old laptop. Once this is agreed up, you can then use that value as store credit against a new laptop.
What happens my data?
The data on your device is destroyed using “Boot and Nuke” software. This data destruction service takes place in our IT Recycling Partners Facility.
We certify that all devices, from the time of removal from our premises to the Recycling Partner and during the wiping process that your data remained completely confidential and secure.
